October Autumn Fruit Chaat

Fruit Chaat
One of my favorite memories of growing up in Pakistan is enjoying seasonal fruit. In Pakistan, fruits and vegetables are celebrated at their peak, and the arrival of each season brings a fresh flavor. When pomegranates and guavas came into season, it was an exciting time in our household. We would make fruit chaat, combining the sweetness of guavas, the tangy burst of pomegranate seeds, and a sprinkle of chaat masala to bring it all together. This simple yet flavorful dish not only celebrated the season’s bounty but also brought the family together over a shared love for fresh, local produce.
